Pathway for Children and Young People (0 to 25 years) with Vision Impairment, and their Families

The VISION 2020 UK Pathway for Children and Young People with vision impairment is a best practice, generic pathway that requires health, social care, education and the voluntary sector to work collaboratively to meet the needs of the child / young person and family. It ensures parents/carers, children and young people are at the heart of the decision making process.  The pathway is designed to be applicable for all countries within the UK such from national decision makers to regional, community providers and collaborative groups.
